Return & Exchange Policy

Here's how to ensure a smooth return or exchange experience:

  1. Conditions for Return/Exchange
  • Unused & Original Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and saleable with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Complete Set: Sets must be returned as a complete set.
  • Time Limits:
    • Damage/Wrong Product: Report within 24 hours with photos & unboxing video.
    • Return Request: Initiate within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video Mandatory: Proof required for damage or wrong product claims.
  1. What We Don't Accept:
  • Correct Orders: We can't accept returns for products that match your order exactly.
  • Late Requests: Requests outside the timeframes will not be entertained.
  • Used/Damaged Products: Products damaged due to user mishandling or altered value are non-returnable.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Candles are not eligible for refunds.
  • Single Bed Bedding Returns: Our single bed bedding sets are made on demand, so we cannot accept returns or replacements on these products (except for approved damaged/wrong product cases).
  1. Return Shipping Cost:
  • You are responsible for a return shipping cost of ₹500 (except for approved damage/wrong product cases).
  • Exchanges incur a flat ₹500 shipping fee.
  • Your refund can be converted to store credit too. If converted to store credit, no return shipping cost will be deducted (your full amount will be credited as store credit).

  • Refunds will be processed for approved returns, excluding shipping costs.
  • Original invoice and packaging are required for verification.
