1. Return & Exchange Policy

  • You agree that Zarf Studios will not accept the return of the products if:
  • If you have ordered the wrong product model, colour, or incorrect product.
  • If you fail to request a return/register a complaint in relation to a Non-Compliant Product within the Return Period. (Within 48 hours of delivery)
  • If any damage to the product is caused by your improper handling/safekeeping or if there is any modification or change to the value of the product by you, the User, or a third party.
  1. IMPORTANT NOTE:
  • If you wish to initiate a return on comforters, please note that the cost of shipping and delivery will have to be paid by you, the User. (This is not applicable in case of orders that meet the order return criteria mentioned below).
  • You may initiate a request for the return of the product if:
  • The product is damaged
  • Both the product and shipping package has been damaged.
  • The product is defective or is not in working condition.
  • Parts of the product or accessory are missing.
  • The product ordered differs from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on the Zarf Website.
  • The procedure/ criteria to initiate a request for return is as follows:
  • The product has not been used, cleaned or tampered with by you.
  • If bought as a set, the product(s) should be exchanged as the complete set.
  • Products returned should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and saleable.
  • If a product is received in a damaged condition and you wish to exchange it, share the images or videos of the product within 24 hours of delivery for return or exchange.
  • The price tag /bar code, brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
  • Once we verify its authenticity, we will deduct the shipping cost from the original paid amount and add the remaining balance as store credit to your website account.
  • We reserve the right to reject the return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
