Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Village Alipur Khalsa, Khotpura Road, Karnal, Karnal, Haryana, 132114.
• We utilize Shiprocket and Bluedart courier companies, for domestic deliveries.
• We utilize Shiprocket and Bluedart courier companies, for domestic deliveries.
• Delivery partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package.
• Please note: Additional charges will apply for deliveries after the 3rd attempt.

 

Delivery Tips

• To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:
• A valid mobile number you can be reached at.
• Your complete shipping address, including the pin code.

• If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon arrival, kindly make a video and send it to us at help@zarfstudios.com.

 

Cancellations & Modifications

• Once your order ships, operational limitations prevent further cancellations and modifications.
