Returns & Exchanges:
  • 1. Credit Notes: Credit notes for returns and exchanges will be issued to the email address associated with your purchase or the email address you provided upon registration.
  • 2. Replacements: We will offer replacements based on product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a credit note.
  • 3. Shipping Refunds: Proportionate shipping costs will only be refunded as credit notes if your return meets our free return conditions (e.g., damaged or wrongly delivered items).

Cancellations:
  • You can cancel your order by emailing us at help@zarfstudios.com before it ships
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be cancelled immediately.
  • Prepaid orders will receive a refund to the original payment source within 7-10 business days. Please note a 5% processing fee will be deducted.

Shipping:
  • Shipping is handled by a third-party logistics provider and we do not have direct control over their operations.
  • If you experience delays or non-deliveries, we will convey your dissatisfaction to the shipping carrier. However, we are not liable for any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
